What happens if I pass on an introduction?
The introduction ends for both of you, and you’re back in the next round. The other person only learns that the introduction ended, never that you were the one who passed or why. You won’t be introduced to each other again for 90 days. Passing can’t be undone.
How to pass
- Open the introduction from Home.
- Tap Pass.
- Confirm by tapping Pass again, or tap Go back if you’ve changed your mind.
What happens next
- The other person sees This introduction has ended.
- If they had already accepted, they still aren’t told that you passed.
- You’re included in the next round.
Pass, block or report?
- Pass if they’re just not right for you.
- Block if you never want to be introduced to them again. Blocking also ends the introduction.
- Report if something about their profile breaks the community rules, such as a fake profile or explicit content.
