I didn’t get my confirmation email. What should I do?

Wait a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@steade.app. If it isn’t there, tap Send the link again on the Check your email screen. Each new link replaces the old one, and a link works for 24 hours. Wrong address? Tap Start again.

Why wasn’t my identity check approved?

Accepted Answer

The most common reasons are a document photo we couldn’t read clearly, or a selfie that didn’t clearly match the photo on your document. Open the identity step in Steade to see the reason, then send new photos from the same screen. Retake them in good light, with the whole card or page in frame and your face fully visible.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Accepted Answer

Start with Steade’s Settings: check that Push notifications is on for this device and Email is on. If push won’t turn on, your browser may be blocking notifications for Steade. On an iPhone, push works only when Steade is added to your Home Screen and opened from there. For email, check your spam folder.
