What dating apps cost in Singapore (2026): Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, CMB and more

By Vincent Emmanuel Lee, founder of Steade · Last reviewed 29/Oct/2026

Every major dating app in Singapore is free to start, and each sells paid tiers for more likes, seeing who liked you, or being shown to more people. On Apple’s Singapore App Store, single subscription purchases mostly cost S$5 to S$60, and the most expensive listed items reach S$100 to S$200. No app publishes a Singapore price list, and prices change by plan length and over time.

Steade is a free dating service with no paid tier, so we have an interest here. Every price below is copied from the app’s “In-App Purchases” list on Apple’s Singapore App Store, checked on 29 October 2026, with a link to each listing. Features come from each app’s own help centre. If something here is wrong, email hello@steade.app.

How to read these prices

None of these apps publishes its Singapore prices. Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel and OkCupid all say the price is shown in the app and can vary. Bumble’s help centre says the cost “may vary based on the subscription tier, duration, and package size” (Bumble). Coffee Meets Bagel says prices “may vary depending on your country, subscription length, and other factors” (Coffee Meets Bagel).

The best public source is Apple’s App Store, which lists up to ten in-app purchases for each app, in Singapore dollars. It has two limits:

  • It rarely says how long a plan lasts. Tinder Gold appears three times, at S$6.98, S$20.98 and S$21.98, without saying which is weekly or monthly. Only Bumble, Tantan and Lovestruck label some plan lengths.
  • It shows ten items at most. Some tiers, such as Tinder Platinum and Bumble Premium+, aren’t in the list.

Prices can also differ if you pay on the app’s website or through Google Play. Hinge, for example, lets iOS users pay through its own checkout or the App Store (Hinge). The price the app shows you before you pay is the one that counts.

Ranges are the lowest and highest price Apple lists for that tier. Where Apple doesn’t give a plan length, we don’t guess one.

Tinder

Tinder is free to swipe and match. Its three paid tiers stack on each other (Tinder):

  • Tinder Plus: unlimited likes, unlimited rewinds, Passport mode to swipe in other cities, no ads.
  • Tinder Gold: everything in Plus, plus weekly Super Likes, one Boost a month and “See who Likes You”.
  • Tinder Platinum: everything in Gold, plus Prioritized Likes, so your likes are seen sooner.

Tinder sells weekly and six-month plans, among others. Apple’s Singapore store lists Tinder Plus at S$4.48, S$13.98 and S$14.98, and Tinder Gold at S$6.98, S$20.98 and S$21.98. Platinum isn’t among the ten items listed. A Boost, which makes you one of the top profiles in your area for 30 minutes (Tinder), costs S$5.98.

Some websites quote Tinder Plus at about S$35 a month and Gold at about S$56 a month in Singapore. We couldn’t confirm those figures from Tinder or Apple, so check the price in the app.

Hinge

Hinge says “the regular version of Hinge” is free (Hinge). Free members get a limited number of likes a day and one free Rose a week. Hinge+ adds unlimited likes and shows you everyone who likes you. HingeX adds priority likes, an always-on version of Boost, and “See Compatible People Sooner” (Hinge). Plans run weekly, monthly, three-monthly or six-monthly.

On Apple’s Singapore store, Hinge+ is listed at S$24.98 and S$29.98, and HingeX at S$34.98. Roses, which put your like at the top of someone’s list, cost S$14.98 or S$17.98 for three and S$39.98 for twelve.

Bumble

Bumble sells Boost, Premium and Premium+, plus one-off SuperSwipes and Spotlight (Bumble). It’s the only major app whose Singapore listing names a plan length: “7 Days Bumble Premium” costs S$26.98, and “7 Days Bumble Boost” costs S$13.98. Other Premium items are listed from S$18.98 to S$58.98.

Weekly plans add up. If you renewed weekly Premium at S$26.98 for a year, you’d pay S$1,402.96. Bumble’s own advice is: “Generally, the bigger the pack (or the longer the plan), the better the value.”

Coffee Meets Bagel

Coffee Meets Bagel sends a daily batch of profiles. Premium includes eight Flowers a month, unlimited rewinds and seeing everyone who has liked you, and there’s a higher Platinum tier (Coffee Meets Bagel). Apple’s Singapore store lists Premium at S$44.98 to S$99.98.

CMB also uses Beans, its in-app currency. You can spend them on Flowers, Boosts and reopening a closed chat, which costs 99 beans (Coffee Meets Bagel). Beans cost from S$0.98 for 50 to S$34.98 for 3,000.

OkCupid

OkCupid says accounts and messaging are free (OkCupid). Its paid tiers are Premium and Premium Plus, in one-, three- or six-month packages paid upfront. Basic is no longer sold to new members (OkCupid). Apple’s Singapore store lists Premium from S$10.98 to S$118.98.

Paktor, Tantan, Muzz and Lovestruck

  • Paktor is still operating. Its app was updated on 30 September 2026, and it merged with Lunch Actually in 2024, with both brands kept separate (Vulcan Post). Apple lists Paktor Gold at S$39.98 and S$119.98.
  • Tantan labels its plans: one week of Premium is listed at S$8.98 and S$14.98, and one month at S$24.98 and S$39.98.
  • Muzz, a Muslim marriage app, lists Gold from S$17.48 to S$49.99. Chatting is free once you both like each other.
  • Lovestruck’s app lists one-month plans at S$39.98 (Starter), S$69.98 (Plus), S$139.98 (Gold) and S$199.98 (Diamond).

Dating services that charge per date

Some services don’t sell subscriptions. They charge for each date they arrange:

  • Kopi Date arranges café dates “from $80 per date experience”, in plans of 3, 6 or 12 dates, and the price is “the same regardless of gender” (Kopi Date).
  • Matchmaking agencies usually charge packages that run into the thousands. Our guide to dating agencies and matchmakers in Singapore lists what each one charges.

Is paying for a dating app worth it?

It depends on what’s holding you back. A paid tier gets your profile seen more and saves you time, but it doesn’t change who you are on the app. In an r/askSingapore thread on which apps are worth paying for, one user advised: “Try to see if you can get any matches at all without paying first… A premium account isn’t something magical if you can’t even get any matches.” Another said Boost “and similar services do get you more matches” (Reddit).

Before you pay:

  1. Use the free version for two weeks and improve your photos and prompts first.
  2. Pay for the shortest plan once, to see whether it changes anything.
  3. Turn off auto-renew straight away. You keep the features until the plan ends.
  4. Check whether the feature you want, such as seeing who liked you, is what’s actually stopping you from meeting people.

How to cancel a subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Where Steade fits

Steade is free, with no paid tier and nothing to unlock. Every Tuesday and Friday at 8 pm, it sends you at most one introduction to someone who meets what you both said matters, with up to three plain reasons. There’s no Boost, because nobody can pay to be shown first. Every member’s identity is checked. You can create your account or read why Steade is free.
